We believe we are not being treated fairly by Government proposals to ask us to pay to stay in our homes after Brexit.

On Tuesday, together with More United and In Limbo, we launched a petition asking Home Secretary Sajid Javid to axe these fees. Now, we’re asking you to stand with us.

The application fee could cost a family upwards of £200 — that’s a monthly food bill for the average household.

The proposed fee adds insult to injury for people who have spent years making their homes in towns and cities across Britain but didn’t have a say in the referendum which caused this issue.

We are over 3 million EU citizens living in the UK, making a valuable contribution to national life through our skills and taxes. We are your friends, family and colleagues, and we hope you agree that no matter how Brexit is resolved, we don’t deserve to be treated this way.

This week, the Bill to pass these new fees will begin its journey through Parliament. That’s why we need as many signatures as possible to show MPs how important it is to treat people fairly.

Please sign the petition now and then take a moment to ask others to do the same.🔷
