Remember when Nigel Farage called for a second referendum if his side lost? Remember what he said about the Northern Ireland peace process? Remember what he said the NHS should be replaced with?
In May 2016, Nigel Farage said, “In a 52-48 referendum this would be unfinished business by a long way.”
Are we talking about this Nigel Farage?
Look at the state of the bottom of this list: Nigel Farage is ranked 745th out of 751 for MEP voting. That is 40% of votes!
Taking taxpayers money and doing nothing. One of the very worst lazy, overpaid, “gravy train” MEPs Leavers are always railing about.
By comparison, here are the Top 8 UK MEPs:
It is entirely possible that there are reasons (illness, personal circumstances...) why MEPs cannot attend every vote but Nigel Farage’s record is absolutely appalling.
It is the very Nigel Farage who claimed at least £2m of EU taxpayer’s money to fund Ukip’s eurosceptic message that the UK should leave the EU, 10 years ago.
How much more of an utter GIT does he need to be before people wake up and smell the Farage? Remember his vision of a privatised NHS?
During the 2016 Referendum, Greenpeace accused Nigel Farage of “cynical opportunism” after discovering that “official records show that over the 3 years Farage was a member of the influential EuroParl Fisheries Committee, he turned up for just 1 of 42 meetings,” and that “during three major votes to fix the flaws of the Common Fisheries Policy the Ukip leader failed to vote in favour of improving the legislation.”
Once a money man, always a money man, even with a 20-year lounge around as a career MEP who gleefully took money and did nowt for his constituency or his nation.
Remember what happened the night of the 2016 Referendum?
Bloomberg explained that one of the two clients of YouGov’s pre-election polling was Odey Asset Management: “Odey’s eponymous founder is Crispin Odey, who was both a top fundraiser for Farage and a leading contributor of campaign cash to the pro-Brexit side. His firm made about $300 million from Brexit.”
What about what Nigel Farage said on the Northern Ireland peace process? Remember, anyone?
“I find the whole peace process, so called, in Northern Ireland loathsome. Utterly and entirely loathsome.”
Then, there are also these Brexit concerns from Byline Times about a collusion with the Russian government to weaponise the migrant crisis to help Leave.EU generate fear.
In the article, Peter Jukes writes that “as uncovered last year, leaked emails from Andy Wigmore, Arron Banks and Leave EU officials revealed numerous clandestine meetings with the Russian Embassy in London in the run up the EU referendum. Among these emails is also an exchange about “weaponising migrants”.”
People really need to understand who Nigel Farage is, before it is too late.🔷
