the3million is collecting people’s real life accounts of the problems they encounter with accessing a status which is only available online. Report any problems to prove your digital-only Settled Status now!

First published in December 2020.

Over a month ago, we at the3million expressed our dismay over the defeat of the amendment that would have given us a physical backup to our digital-only Settled Status.

We have thought long and hard about the next step, and we thought it would be very useful if people who experience problems proving their immigration status could report it.

Today, I am delighted to launch this online form at https://t3m-digitalstatus.paperform.co

The form can be used for:

  • Anybody who has problems proving their status, now or in the future;
  • Landlords, employers or other service providers who have struggled with getting proof of someone’s immigration status.

By reporting your issue, you will help the3million monitor the situation so we can continue to make a strong case for EU citizens to be given a physical proof and shielded from discrimination.

The form takes about ten minutes and every submission can make a difference, so please share and keep this article safe in case you need to report a problem in the future.

It would be wonderful if you could share it with your European friends. All reported experiences will help us to make the system better.🔷
