It is now possible to check the availability of COVID-19 vaccine appointments on the NHS website. Here’s how...
First published in June 2021.
Visit the NHS website to book or manage your vaccination.
Scroll down to “Manage your appointments”. Press the button.
You will then be asked your NHS number. Press the button.
Type in your 10 digit NHS number.
Type in your date of birth.
Type in your current booking reference number.
Before you rebook your current appointment, you can check the availability of appointments at your vaccination centre. Don’t worry, checking availability will not cancel your current appointment.
Now, press “Check availability before cancelling”.
You can now check the availability before cancelling your current appointment.
Once you have looked at the availability, you may either decide to keep your current appointment if nothing fits your need, or continue the process to cancel your current appointment and book your new appointment.
- If you want to keep your current booking, simply close the window.
- If you want to change your current booking and choose a new appointment, press “Continue to cancel”.
